Oneeva

Privacy policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

The short version

Oneeva collects only what it needs to plan your trips. There are no ads, no tracking, and nothing is sold. You can delete your account and everything in it from the app at any time.

What we collect

Don't put sensitive details like health information or passport numbers in your answers. Oneeva doesn't need them.

Why we use it

Nothing else. Your information isn't used for advertising or shared for marketing.

Who else handles it

Two service providers handle your information for us, under agreements that let them use it only to provide their service:

Both may store or process information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States.

Links to other services

Plans link to Google Maps for places and routes, and to Booking.com to look for a place to stay. Those links open the other service, and what you do there is covered by its own privacy policy. Oneeva doesn't send them your account details.

On your phone

Oneeva saves a copy of your plans on your phone so you can read them with no connection. Signing out or deleting your account removes that copy.

This website

This website has no accounts, cookies or analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts it, handles basic request details such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Its fonts load from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting it from Account › Delete my account removes your account, answers, plans and credits straight away. Our providers' backups are overwritten on their regular schedule.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent by deleting your account. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
